چکیده
A field experiment was conducted at College farm, Professor Jayashankar Telangana State Agricultural University, Rajendranagar, Hyderabad during 2020-21 and 2021-22 to assess the influence of paddy residue management practices different fertility levels on certain growth parameters yield rabi maize succeeding kharif rice in a strip plot design. The analysis indicated that leaf area index, crop rate, net assimilation rate duration remained same with 0-30 DAS 30-60 but between 60 DAS-harvest, index (LAI), (CGR), (NAR) (LAD) significantly increased by incorporation residues treated microbial consortia SSP. Different affected all intervals whereas unaffected. Interaction effect found non significant DAS, while DAS-harvest integration along chemical fertilizers resulted increase LAI, CGR LAD no improvement NAR. In 2021-22, grain straw were higher single super phosphate (SSP) combination 125 % recommended dose (RDF) which par 100% RDF 75 superior over other treatments.

The effects of sodium chloride (NaCl) salinity (control; canal water with 0.4 dS m-1), 2.5 dSm-1, 5.0 dS m-1, 7.5 dS m-1 and 10.0 dS m-1, respectively) developed after 6 weeks of pruning (beginning of study) on plant growth, flowering and quality of three cut rose (Rosa hybrida L.) cultivars viz. ‘Kardinal’, ‘Angelique’ and ‘Gold Medal’ were studied to achieve better management, quality product...
متن کاملN uptake and yield of wheat as influenced by integrated use of organic and mineral nitrogen
The effect of integrated use of mineral and organic N sources (farmyard manure, poultry manure, and Filter Cake) on yield and N uptake of wheat were assessed in biennial field experiment carried out on silty clay loam soil in Nuclear Institute for Food and Agriculture, Tarnab, Peshawar Pakistan during 2005-07. Combined dose of N provided from all sources was applied @120 kg ha-1. There were 17 ...
متن کاملDryland Wheat Grain Yield and Yield Components as Affected by Slope Direction and Residue Rates
Limited information is available on the effect of residues rates and slope direction on dryland wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) yield. This study was carried out to determine the effects of residues rates and tillage direction on grain yield and yield components of the Sardary wheat in a dryland region in Zanjan. Five wheat residues rates (0, 25, 50, 75 and 100% surface cover) were applied and i...
متن کاملWheat (Triticum aestivum L.) Growth and Yield as Influenced by Flooding and Salinity Stresses in Northern Iran
Salinity and flooding are as two very important factors of soil degradation. They often occur together and cancause severe damage to plants. However, plant response to environmental stresses may vary with growth stage atwhich exposure occurs. A pot study was conducted in 2005-2006 in northern Aq Qala (northern Iran) to studycombine effects of waterlogging and soil salinity at different growth s...
